Let’s admit. We are kinda confused about this ketogenic diet. Not only people say different things about Keto, but also books and even doctors have different opinions about it. In one TV channel, you fall in love with the diet, on another TV channel, you learn that it can be dangerous in many ways.
Why losing weight has to be so hard :) Eating less and walking more isn’t enough? Of course, sometimes we are bored with doing the same things over and over and we just learn a new way of doing it. This is not bad but it’s confusing. Yes, one more time, we are confused. And we have all the right to be confused when the doctors can’t agree on a “simple” topic!
So here are the tweets about the Ketogenic diet:
I've been seriously considering Keto. My brother did it for close to a year and lost a ton of weight. My only dilemma is that I'm vegan, and I know vegan Keto is very difficult. Not sure I need to make my diet even MORE complicated lol— Zoe Bell (@ZoeBellCake) November 2, 2019
A keto diet is not similar to paleo. It was specifically designed for patients with grand mal seizures and severe epilepsy. It’s a high fat low carb diet that’s monitored because of loss of muscle mass. It’s incredibly dangerous as a “weight loss diet”. Lot of coronary issues.— AnnaMarie Richard (@MsLegalSass) November 6, 2019
